TOTAL RIP OFF!
First of all i would like to make it clear that i did NOT want to take this path, I requested to "Lulu" that all i wanted was my £160 back. I waited and waited when nothing, i left a negative review which i rightfully should, but Saniflo's constant attack on me to silence me was not the way to go!
I have been forced to create this blog as Saniflo Specialist have had my reviews removed on Yell and Google maps. Don't need Yell or Google maps when i have Blogger which has already attracted 125,000 views!
Unit sufficient for my needs, as i required less than 2m vertical and less than 2m horizontal. Cost £385.57

I want to be honest and give the information contained within which are restricted and censored on the review sites mentioned.
You do not have to take my word, look at the facts i provide backed by evidence then you can reach whatever conclusion you like.
Saniflo Specialist dupe customers by this punchline on their website
"98% Fixed on 1 Visit - Qualified Engineers Call 24/7 - 1 Hour Slots - No Charge After 1st Hour"
This would lead a layperson into believing that you pay £160 for the first hour, then no charge thereafter.
I needed a Saniflo unblocked which was brand new couple of years back but had never been used. The Saniflo was fitted in a vacant house which has recently sold and had the sale board on. Keys were collected from an estate agents.
Dan informed me I need a new saniflo, i replied but it works as an electrician had attended the property and heard it working. Dan replied, yes, but a pipe is leaking. I was extremely unwell at the time so just told him to go get new Saniflo from Screwfix costing £385.57 which was sufficient for my needs but he said no, I can not get the pipe from there and i had to wait for an estimate to be sent. He requested payment of £160 which I paid and assumed he would come back to undertake the repairs without any further charges.
Days later I received an extortionate estimate! Their estimate £2,321.24;
Breaking down their "Estimate."
"Supply Sanipro xr £1020.00" [unit actually cost £463 which i did NOT even need .. Overcharge by £557.00 or £634.43 sufficient for my needs ]
"2 Engineers 1/2 Day £975.00" [but i had already paid for the labor according to their website, and WHY two engineers? overcharge by £975,00]
"Supply Waste Pipework&Materials £326.24" [ Supply "waste-pipe" which cost £2.98 for 3 meter
from B&Q. Over charge by £323.26. There were no "materials" needed as waste pipe is clearly listed on the invoice.]
"SUBTOTAL: £1,934.37"
"20% (VAT on Income): £386.87" [VAT for Saniflo and waste-pipe already paid to, as above]
"TOTAL: £2,321.24" [ OVER CHARGE BY £1932.69]
Corgi registered plumbers charge £200 PER DAY. Electricians charge £22 ph. Contractors cost £350 pd which includes a laborer.
My requirements are ONE METER vertical, the pro is FIVE METERS. THEY were OBVIOUSLY attempting to sell me something I CLEARLY DID NOT NEED.
Sad to say BUT vulnerable and older people could easily be taken advantage off by this company, and/or those that don't know what they actually need as opposed to what they are being sold by this company!!
Honestly, just get yourself a regular Plumber and literally save yourself thousands of pounds!

I am dubious as to their Google reviews which can be left by family members and or friends, there is no verification process in place. The fact that they call plumbers "Engineers" is in itself deceitful as the "plumbers" do not repair the Saniflo but replace if faulty.
